Gloomy Journey

It's already 12:10 AM when I'm writing this entry.

To be frank, yes i miss blogging so much. Almost 6 months if you noticed I didn't update my blog.  And yes, within 6 months, a lot of things/craps happened. 

To be franked, i miss my good old days. I miss the moment where I don't have to think about those things that I shouldn't. I miss the moment where I don't have to bear the burden all the time.

Time passed by, people changed, things changed. Nothing is remain the same.What do you expect ? Nahhh what do I expect ? Sigh.

Well actually, I don't think so I can continue writing with my eyes half opened. So I guess, I'm off to bed now ;P Everyone, this is just a TEASER la konon-konon, after a while I didn't write. hewhew. Catch ya later. Good night.

BLACK PEPPER SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH by LR



       


Bahan-bahan :

1) Roti Pita ( yg size bulat tu )
2) Mayonaise
3) Thousand Island
4) White Pepper
5) Black Pepper Sauce
6) HP sauce
7) Bawang Besar
8) Tomato
9) Isi Ayam
10) Salad

Cara penyediakan (A) :

1) Rebus isi ayam.
2) Selesai merebus, carik-carik isi ayam.
3) Panaskan roti pita atas kuali tanpa minyak. Just nak bagi dia garing.
4) Potong roti pita membentuk semi-bulatan. Tidak perlu potong untuk lubang tengah, roti tu mmg dh berlubang bile dipanaskan. Korang just perlu luaskan ruang dlm j. 
5) Potong tomato membentuk dadu (buangkan lendir and biji dalamnya)
6) Hiris bawang besar halus-halus.
7) Hilis salad sederhana halus.

Cara penyediaan (B) : Inti

1) Tumis bawang seperti biasa. Minyak jgn banyak. ( tak perlu tunggu smp layu, agak bau dah naik oklah )
2) Masukkan isi ayam yg dah dicarik-carik tadi. Gaul sebati, just nak bagi ayam garing sikit.
3) Masukkan black pepper sauce secukup rasa. ( terpulang pd selera )
4) Masukkan HP sauce. Sedikit shj. Setengah sudu besar cukup.
5) Gaul sehingga sebati, tak perlu berkuah sgt. Sebab nnt letak dlm roti, roti jadi lembik.
6) Akhir sekali masukkan tomato yg dah didadukan td. Gaul sebati, tak perlu lame sbb nnt tomato jd lembik juge.

Siap untuk inti !

Cara penyediaan (C) :

1) Gaulkan inti tadi bersama dgn mayonaise.
2) Masukkan white pepper ikut selera korg nak berapa byk.

Cara penyediaan (D) :

1) Masukkan inti ke dalam roti sedikit shj dulu.
2) Masukkan salad (berselangkan dgn inti)
3) Masukkan inti semula.
4) Letakkan thousand island sauce.
5) Chilli sauce if nak pedas lg.

Tips : 
-Sebelom masokkan inti, pastikan inti dah sejuk, nnt takut roti jd lembik sbb berwap. 
-Korang boleh buat byk and simpan dlm fridge. Esok nak mkn, just panaskan.

BAKE CHEESE CAKE


                                             


BASE :
1. 1/2 roll digestive biscuit (nak lebih pon boleh bergantung kpd besar loyang)
2. 1/2 butter (Buttercup)
3. 1 sudu besar caster sugar

Biskut dihancurkan sehingga halus dan digaul dgn butter. Gaul sehingga sebati until moist. Press dan ratakan sehingga padat. Simpan dalam fridge sementara menyediakan bahan lain.


FILLING :

Bahan A
1. 2 bar PHILIDELPHIA cream cheese (brand Kraft packing warna kelabu)
2. 1/2 cup caster sugar
3. 2 biji telur
4. 1 sudu besar jus lemon
5. Sedikit garam sebagai perasa (1/2 sudu kecil atau kurang)


Gaulkan kesemua bahan menggunakan mixture sehingga sebati. 
Tuangkan ke atas biskut yg telah dipadatkan dlm loyang tadi.
Bakar selama 20 minit (375F atau 150C)


Topping : You all boleh pilih la nak strawberry jam ke, blurberry jam ke, just sapukan atas cake lepas dh siap masak :)

LEMON CHEESE CAKE

                                         



BASE :
1. 1/2 rolls digestive biscuit
2. 1/2 butter (Buttercup)

Digestive biscuit dihancurkan sehingga halus dan digaul bersama butter. Gaul sebati until moist. Press and ratakan sehingga padat dalam loyang. Masukkan dalam peti sejuk sementara menyediakan bahan lain.

FILLING : 

Bahan A
1. 1 kotak fresh milk (cold)
2. 1 kotak whip cream (kotak kecil)
3. Beberapa titis vanilla essence

Kacau bahan A sehingga menjadi 'creamy'

Bahan B
1. 250gram/ 1 bar PHILIDELPHIA cream cheese (brand Kraft packing warna kelabu)
2. 1/2 tin susu manis
3.  4-5 biji lemon (ambil jus shj) - ikut selera, if tak suka masam kurangkan.
4.  2 atau 3 sudu penuh (membukit) serbuk gelatine. (serbuk ini kene bancuh dgn 7 sudu besar air panas dahulu. Dah sebati, baru campur dlm adunan tadi)

Kacau bahan B menggunakan mixture sehingga sebati.

NOTE : Bahan A and B must be done seperately. Do not mix together until the final part.

Finally, campurkan bahan A dan bahan B. Kemudian, tuangkan di atas biskut yang dah dipadatkan dlm loyang tadi. Simpan dalam peti sejuk selama sehari semalam.

p/s : if nak buat mcm secret recipe, ada dua layer flavour, after dah bancuh tadi, asingkan kpd dua bancuhan, satu campurkan dgn nescafe, satu lagi biarkan original. sejukkan dalam fridge layer by layer, kalau tak bancuhan akan mendak.
