Cooking Note : Ayam Massala





Assalamualaikum and Good Morning,

I'm sure that everyone has waited for this recipe right ? Ramai yang tanya I, how to make this Ayam Massala. Well, if you noticed, Ayam Massala ni you guys boleh dapat dekat "mamak restaurant". But sometimes it's good when you get a chance to cook it by yourself at home.. like not so into "mamak" style la. Right ?

So,

The very basic ingredients you gonna need..

1) Ayam ( goreng ayam terlebih dahulu )

2) Tomato yg sudah di'slice'kan
3) Kentang yg didadu besar ( and direbus dulu )
4) Bawang merah yg didadu halus
5) Bawang putih yg di'slice' halus
6) Serbuk kari plus serbuk rempah beriyani

**Actually the original recipe, u will just need the curry powder.


How to cook ?

As usual, tumis bawang sampai naik bau. Then masukkan sliced-tomato.
Next, bancuh serbuk kari and rempah beriyani tadi dgn air, but jgn smp cair, make sure die still pekat, sgt pekat ! and masukkan dlm tumisan bawang and tomato tadi.
And.. lallalaa lala laalaa *sambil menyanyi* tunggu smp naik minyak, means the rempah dh btul2 masak, adjust lah garam and gula mcm biasa, masukkan asam keping as well.
After that, masukkan ayam goreng tadi, gaul sehingga sebati. Lastly, masukkan kentang rebus tadi, but be careful jgn sampai kentang td hancur. Better not to use sudip besi.


**When your cooking are done, you mmg takkan nampak tomato slice td, because dia dh sebati dlm lauk. And lauk kena kering2 okay, jgn berkuah sgt. Hey, that's not Ayam Massala !
