Cooking Note : Spaghetti Aglio Olio (Basic Cook)




Hello readers !

Ada peminat Italian food tak kat sini ? I mmg peminat Italina food. Sangat sangat dan sangat ! Salah satu nya spaghetti. Tak kesah la Bolognese ke, Marinara ke, Carbonara ke, Aglio Olio ke.

**If you all pergi makan dekat DOME, you may request for Spaghetti Spicy Olio. The taste sama saja dgn Aglio Olio. I usually go there if suddenly rasa mengidam ala-ala ibu mengandung kannnn. But, the price is quite expensive la. If I'm not mistaken, it's around RM 20 plus. Mahal kan ?

Today, I nak share with you all on how to make an Aglio Olio. Marvellous. Simple saja.

So, what you gonna need is :

1) Virgin Olive Oil
2) Spaghetti (rebus dari awal)
3) Tomato Cherry or baby tomato
4) Japanese Cucumber (cut into half dlu, slice halus-halus secara memanjang)
5) Red Chili Flakes
6) Black Pepper
7) Capsicum yg telah didadu kecil-kecil (Red and Green, if nak Yellow pon boleh so that nampak colorful)
8) Isi ayam yg telah di'slice' kecil or boleh juga if nak buat seafood style, you may use shrimp and cuttlefish.

How to cook ?

Masukkan olive oil. Tunggu sehingga minyak mendidih. Then masukkan capsicum tadi, together with the cucumber. Agak-agak, bau dah naik, masukkan ayam/shrimp/cuttlefish, tumis smp empuk. Adjustkan salt, a little little bit of sugar as well, Red Chili flakes, Black Pepper. Nampak semuanya dah sebati, rasa pon cukup, masukkan spaghetti yg telah direbus. Gaul sehingga sebati. Masukkan tomato cherry supaya hidangan anda nampak chomelll ;)

**nak lagi sedap, taburkan la cheese/oregano leaves semasa hendak makan. teehee.
